Welcome to the Donor Community Table

Milking Parlor

Milking Parlor

We are a donor community table that is open to participation of everyone; families, classrooms from primary, secondary and high schools, individuals, libraries, and local, national and international organizations. All are encouraged to participate and to choose a project of their choice.

The Donor Community Table is a nonprofit project of Engineers Without Borders International of Shepherdstown, West Virginia, a 501(c)(3) corporation. Donors are encouraged to read all of the listed projects and choose a project that interests them.

Engineers without Borders International offers assistance to small, rural, national and international  communities whose population can be benefited by introduction and use of locally constructed renewable based technologies, natural potable water filtration systems, small sewerage disposal plants and other technological innovations including sustainable agriculture techniques that are needed within the rural communities.

For those who have donated, we kindly thank you. We are sending $600 in donations to meet immediate needs at Kyabirkuwa.

Also, we are working with the city of Winchester, Virginia and the non- denominational Lord’s Chapel of Winchester, where all spiritual paths are welcome, to establish a sister-city relationship with the Kyabirkuwa school.

To kick off this program, we are actively seeking working computers, monitors, and keyboards or funds to purchase these items. Once the technology is in place, the students in Winchester, Virginia and at Kyabirkuwa will be able to share ideas and build relationships with their peers across the globe. We invite other small communities of students and families to adopt Kyabirkuwa as a giving project where we all can give of ourselves to others as a means of personal fulfillment. After installation of computers we plan to open direct communition links between Kybirkuwa students and all donors groups.

Thank you.
